Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy a digital wedding invitation or a save the date from Eve Creative Art, run by Igor Kaučić, Croatia, European Union. Contact: [email protected].
What you buy
A digital invitation on its own web address, designed in the theme you choose and filled with the details you give us. A save the date is a single interactive card. Both are digital products. Nothing is printed and nothing is posted.
Prices
Prices are shown in euro on the site and that is the amount you pay. Payment is a single charge through Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring fee.
How it works
- You pay, then you fill in your details on a private page.
- Your invitation is built the moment you save your details and is live right away, for you first. The envelope with your initials follows within minutes.
- Every plan includes unlimited edits of your texts, schedule, places and photos through your private page, live within seconds. A different theme or design work beyond the theme is custom work and quoted separately.
- Your link stays online. If we ever have to move it, you get the new address.
Refunds
Not happy? Write to us within 14 days of your purchase and you get the full amount back, no questions. After those 14 days the purchase is final, while edits stay unlimited. If something is wrong with what we delivered, tell us and we fix it.
Your content
The names, texts and photos you send stay yours. You give us permission to use them to build and host your invitation. Please only send photos you have the right to use. We may show a theme demo publicly, but never your invitation, your guests or your photos, unless you tell us we may.
Our work
The themes, illustrations, envelopes, animations and code are ours. You get to use your invitation, not to resell the design.
What we do not promise
We keep the site running as well as we can, but we cannot promise that the internet, your guests' phones, or services we depend on never fail. Our responsibility is limited to what you paid.
Law
Croatian law applies. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the protections of your own country still apply to you.
