Privacy policy
Eve Creative Art builds digital wedding invitations. This page explains what we do with the information you and your guests give us, in plain words.
Who is responsible
Eve Creative Art is run by Igor Kaučić, an individual based in Croatia, European Union. Write to [email protected] for anything on this page, including our postal address.
What we collect

Where it is kept
On our server in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the European Union, in files that are not reachable from the web. Backups stay on the same server.
Who else sees it
- Stripe processes the payment and sees your name, email and card data. We only see that a payment succeeded.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and routes email to us.
- Google Analytics receives visit data, and only when you accept analytics cookies.
- Google Fonts serves the lettering, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
We never sell anything about you, and we never pass your guest list to anyone.
Guest replies
When a guest answers an invitation, that answer belongs to the couple. We store it so the couple can see it, and we email it to them. Guests who want their reply removed can write to us or to the couple.
How long we keep it
As long as your invitation is online, plus the period we are legally required to keep records of a sale. Ask us to delete it and we delete it, which also takes the invitation offline.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. One email is enough. If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
Children
The site is meant for adults planning a wedding. We do not knowingly collect anything about children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
